Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lilium Music, we understand that event plans can change. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.
1. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

Deposits may be credited toward a future event if rescheduled with sufficient notice (see Section 3).
2. Client Cancellations

30+ Days Before Event: Payments (excluding deposit) will be refunded in full.

15–29 Days Before Event: 50% of total fees (minus deposit) will be refunded.

Within 14 Days of Event: No refunds will be issued, as your date and musicians have been reserved.
3. Rescheduling

We will make every effort to accommodate a new date if your event is rescheduled.

No additional fee will be charged for rescheduling with at least 30 days’ notice.

Rescheduling within 30 days may incur a fee, based on availability and costs.
4. Lilium Music Cancellations

In the rare case that we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund of all payments or be offered an equivalent replacement musician at no extra cost.
5. Force Majeure
Lilium Music is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Any fees charged by payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) may not be refundable.
