Welcome to Lilium Music! By using our website or booking our services, you (“you,” “client,” or “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.


1. Services

Lilium Music provides live music for weddings, events, and related services as described on our website or in your booking agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.


2. Bookings and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed after a signed agreement and deposit (if required).

  • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services at our discretion.

  • Payment: Full payment is due by the date specified in your booking agreement or invoice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).


3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellations: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refund eligibility will be based on your signed agreement.

  • Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduled events, subject to availability.

  • Our Cancellations: In the rare case we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), we will issue a full refund or provide an equivalent replacement musician.


4. Event Requirements

  • Venue Conditions: Clients must ensure safe, suitable conditions for performance, including access to power, adequate space, and shelter if outdoors.

  • Breaks: Musicians are entitled to reasonable breaks for longer performances.

  • Special Requests: We may accommodate custom song requests with advance notice and possible additional fees.


5. Intellectual Property

All recordings, arrangements, and promotional materials created by Lilium Music are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.


6. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver exceptional service, Lilium Music is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies).

  • Incidental costs (e.g., venue fees, travel expenses) not covered in our agreement.

  • Damages exceeding the total fees paid for the event.


7. Privacy

Your personal information is protected as described in our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to our collection and use of your information for service delivery.


8. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, services, or policies.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
